Stalling out is NOT an option.

Most leaders I work with are not lacking capability.

They are operating beneath it.

The gap between where you are and where you know you are capable of being is rarely a strategy problem. It is structural — in your organization, your leadership, and the internal architecture running underneath both.

I close that gap. With surgical precision. And I stay until it holds.

What I Actually Do.

My frameworks have been implemented by some of the most prominent organizations in the world.

Internal authority is not given. It is engineered.

The management consultative dimension of this practice covers organizational diagnosis, process architecture, operational design, and the structural conditions required for sustainable scale. Working at the VP, SVP, Managing Director, and C-suite level means entering complex organizational systems, diagnosing where the architecture is quietly costing the organization performance, and designing interventions that move execution from stalled to accelerated.

For startups, this has meant building the entire operational infrastructure from the ground up — messaging architecture, website copy and development, backend technology stacks, AI implementation and strategy, program design and pricing, operations, marketing, business playbooks, SOPs, and KPIs. The full architecture of a functioning business, designed to scale from day one.

The scope of every engagement is determined by what the client actually needs — not a predetermined program. That has meant building complete business ecosystems and flywheels, advising Fortune 500 executives on the structural and psychological conditions that determine whether they lead at their actual altitude, and working at the identity level with leaders ready to close the gap between who they are and who they know they are capable of becoming.

The through-line across every engagement is precision. Bespoke, immersive, in-the-room work — with the kind of accountability that produces permanent structural change rather than temporary motivation.

My work is not coaching in the traditional sense. It is surgical — operating at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and organizational power dynamics to close the gap between where a leader or organization is and where they are actually capable of operating.

   HONEST
VERSION

If you knew me as a little girl, you would say this was always inevitable.

I was Lucy from Peanuts — the one with the booth, dispensing unsolicited clarity to anyone who would sit down, with complete confidence that I was right.

Some things do not change.

I have spent decades working at the intersection of organizational architecture and human performance — with some of the most demanding, consequential, and high-performing people in the world. I have shared international stages with Dr. Deepak Chopra and hundreds of global leaders. I am a contributing writer to Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and 33 other publications globally.

My work is surgical and bespoke. I do not offer programs or packages. I offer precision — designed around what each client actually needs.

The other side of me:

I run Spartan races. I skydive — the only place I have found where everything unnecessary goes quiet. I snowmobile through terrain that punishes hesitation. I read voraciously — over a hundred books a year — and practice meditation with the same intensity I bring to everything else. I travel constantly, always toward what I do not yet understand. When I entertain, nothing is accidental.

I won a blue ribbon at the county fair when I was ten for buttermilk biscuits. I have always been competitive.

I love a good Tawny Port. And I believe that the way you show up in every room — personally and professionally — has a generational impact.

To date, H Porta et al. has raised and contributed $2.1 million to charitable causes. A portion of every engagement fee goes directly to philanthropic giving — which means every client, by extension, is investing in the lives of others.

How We Work Together.

Bespoke, immersive, one-to-one engagement — designed around the specific structural and human reality of the client. For founders, executives, and high-performance professionals who need work that does not come in a program. Every engagement begins with a private diagnostic conversation.

PRIVATE ADVISORY.

VIP Intensive.

A full or half-day private engagement that compresses months of strategic, structural, and personal work into a single intensive session. For leaders at major inflection points — a scaling challenge, a succession, a board relationship under strain, or a startup that needs its entire foundation built in one concentrated engagement.

Keynote Speaking.

For CEO peer groups, executive forums, private organizational gatherings, and university executive programs. The talk does not motivate. It diagnoses — and leaves the room with a different understanding of what has actually been costing them performance. Hilary has shared stages with Dr. Deepak Chopra and hundreds of global leaders.

PODCASTS.

Conversations at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, organizational performance, and the structural conditions that determine whether high-performing leaders operate at their actual capacity.
Not motivational content. Not leadership tips. The thinking that changes how you lead.

The conversation begins here.

There is no booking calendar. Every inquiry is reviewed personally before a conversation is scheduled — because the right fit matters on both sides.

By far the best investment

What most people fail to realize is that a new car, boat, vacation or holiday home is nice...don't get me wrong, but having each day be filled full of meaning and intention is priceless.
